Lifestyle design is all the rage these days.
And while it is a fancy buzzword, and can be spoken about in fluffy generalities that don’t actually help us move forward, it’s an important concept to consider.
Because if we are not designing our work life and our non-work life to contribute toward an overall life and lifestyle that we enjoy and find meaningful … then what the heck are we doing?
The most recent episode of The Digital Entrepreneur podcast focused on this topic, with a guest who can speak with authority about it. Laura Roeder is a successful digital entrepreneur who hasn’t just achieved success in business — she has balanced her business success with building a lifestyle she loves.
Her business supports her ideal lifestyle, not the other way around.
