In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, Rainmaker Digital LLC will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.
As for our live event, Digital Commerce Summit, we’ve put together this refund policy to put you at ease when registering.
After the 30 day time period has passed (during which time you can receive a full refund as stated above), upon request, we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $25.00, until on or before August 12, 2016. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address, and must be submitted via the contact form available here.
Refund requests received after August 12, 2016 and on or before September 9, 2016 will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after September 9, 2016 cannot be provided.
Requests for transfers and/or name changes on tickets are available on or before September 9, 2016. After September 9, 2016, no further transfers and/or name changes are possible.
Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the conference has concluded. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honored when the event is rescheduled.
